Georgia Simpson

Georgia is a Casting Director based in Belfast, NI.  She works on both UK and Irish productions for film, theatre and television and is a member of the Casting Directors’ Guild of Great Britain and Ireland.

With over 20 years experience in the industry, Georgia has cast many of the most critically acclaimed productions made in Northern Ireland, including;  Line of Duty,  Paula,  A Bump Along the Way, Good Vibrations (named by Mark Kermode as his favourite film of 2013); the multi-award winning Five Minutes of Heaven; and the Academy Award winning The Shore.

She trained in London with Emmy Award-nominated Casting Director Di Carling, and former Royal Shakespeare Company Head of Casting, Sam Jones.   Georgia is always pleased to discuss projects with new clients.
