About
Patrick Jordan ISC is an award winning cinematographer with bases in Ireland and London. He has over twenty years experience shooting drama, documentary and commercial projects.
He recently shot Signora Volpe 2 starring Emilia Fox, due for release in 2024. His TV credits include new TV comedy Faithless directed by Declan Recks, TV dramas The Vanishing Triangle and The House Across The Street, starring Shirley Henderson, as well as Season 1 of BBC comedy series The Other One and The Young Offenders, both the film and TV series, commissioned by BBC 3.
Patrick’s film credits include the award winning feature film Tarrac!, which won Best Cinematography at Galway Film Fleadh 2022 and two Oscar nominated short films, Pentecost and Detainment. He has twice been nominated for an IFTA (Irish Film and Television Award) and in 2014 won the Donal Gilligan Award for Best Cinematography for the short film Volkswagen Joe.
Patrick has shot music videos for artists such as Lankum, Sinead O’Connor and several dance films including I’m Roger Casement directed by Dearbhla Walsh.
Patrick owns a full range of equipment including an Arri Alexa Mini LF and various lens sets, including a beautiful set of vintage Zeiss B-Speeds.
