Robert Sheehan is a celebrated actor, podcaster and author.
He is renowned for his breakout role in the hit TV show Misfits and in the award-winning Netflix series The Umbrella Academy. His books include Disappearing Act, a collection of short stories, the hugely popular The Freedom Within, (Hachette Ireland) published in 2023 and a number one bestseller in Ireland, and his memoir Playing Dead- How Meditation Brought me Back to Life (Rider Books) published in 2024.
